This monitor was a friggin pain getting to work in Linux together with the intel drivers.
Eventually it turned out that a quirk in the modesetting was required for achieving the proper resolution. So if you have bought this monitor and are experiencing some problems. Try to upgrade to xserver 1.3 which has the quirk merged.
