More fun with resolution

During my winter vacation I've spent more time playing around with the m5602 driver and now it supports VGA, QVGA, CIF, QCIF.
I've also implemented local caching of v4l2 controls as the sensor registers doesn't always update right away.

Right now I'm tackling the issue that the image needs to adjusted when flipping the image upside down.
